Your tasks
- As an Operational Excellence Process Manager, you will support the department and department management in implementing the functional strategy. Your focus will be on processes and process management.
- You will independently analyze and coordinate the development and implementation of processes and provide advice in this regard.
- You will continuously optimize processes in the results area, taking into account regulatory and operational requirements as well as profitability and functional analyses.
- You will develop and implement monitoring mechanisms for process monitoring. You will also create reports and KPIs to support the department in achieving its goals.
- You will develop training documents in advance to ensure the successful implementation of process training for employees with regard to existing and new requirements.
- You will take on project management and sub-project management tasks and work on cross-divisional and cross-departmental projects and plans.
- Taking on special tasks rounds off your area of responsibility.
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in engineering or economics from a university of applied sciences or a bachelor’s degree or a comparable qualification.
- You already have extensive experience in the planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of business processes.
- You also have in-depth knowledge of the liberalized energy market.
- You are characterized by your independent and systematic way of working as well as your moderation skills.
- Your focus is on the customer and on achieving goals.
- You are willing to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics and are already courageous in dealing with uncertainties.
- You are enthusiastic about IT and digitalization.
