• As a construction sub-project manager (m/f/d), you will act as site manager for one or more sections of a grid expansion project and ensure that construction runs smoothly.
• Within a sub-project of the 380 kV grid expansion, you will coordinate all construction trades for the new construction of overhead lines, possibly with partial underground cabling, from preliminary construction planning through construction and commissioning to handover to operations
• You will also prepare the tender documents, oversee the awarding of the construction project and carry out the acceptance process within your sub-project
• You have overall responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and occupational safety within your sub-project and report to the overall project management and the construction project management team
• You will also be involved in monitoring and maintaining the execution/project phase plans and carrying out risk and opportunity assessments

• A successfully completed degree (university/university of applied sciences) in engineering, such as civil engineering, environmental engineering, traffic engineering or similar, is the basis of your success
• You have professional experience in the supervision of large construction sites and ideally experience in managing project teams
• Knowledge of line/infrastructure construction sites is an advantage
• You are characterized by your confident handling of common MS Office products and ideally SAP knowledge
• In addition to your excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, you will impress us with your structured way of working, sociability and ability to work in a team
• A high willingness to travel and a class B driver’s license round off your profile
