Employee (m/f/d) appointment management part-time or full-time

Your tasks
- In your role, you will work within a team in our “Climate Neutral Buildings” department on the implementation of quality assurance measures that we implement on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection and KfW. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will be responsible for coordinating inspections of owners of energy-efficient buildings by external specialist inspectors
- You will ensure that our specialist inspectors have all the necessary documents before the inspection
- You are the contact person for technical inspectors and owners for queries relating to the inspection appointments and documentation in the relevant tools
- At the interface to other teams, you ensure that relevant documents and information are available in full and in good time after the inspections
- Entering and maintaining data on implemented construction projects for energy-efficient buildings in the tool
- You will support the team in optimizing current processes, tools, means and channels of communication and documenting them in manuals
- The position is part-time and full-time and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in scheduling or appointment coordination, e.g. in addressing and supporting customers and coordinating complex processes or comparable (e.g. project organization or management)
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- High service orientation, reliability and team spirit
- Ability to work independently and act in a solution-oriented manner is required
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word) and Outlook
- Initial experience in working with web-based databases
- Basic knowledge and enthusiasm for energy efficiency in buildings and the context of the energy transition desirable
- Very good communication skills and knowledge of written and spoken German
