Head of Energy Sales and Procurement (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- You will control and manage the area of energy procurement and be responsible for the strategic and continuous development of sales for private and business customers.
- Your tasks will include sales management and offer management:
- Defining and implementing market and product-specific sales strategies, including pricing models and offer processes
- Analysis of market and competitive data
- You will take on a variety of tasks in the back office and be responsible for administrative processes, e.g.
- Billing,
- Market communication and
- Coordination with internal and external contacts
- In addition, you will support the changeover to a new ERP software system. Together with the team, you will pursue the goal of ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Your qualifications
- With your experience and motivating management style, you will strengthen the sales team, work with them and colleagues from other departments to drive innovative projects forward and open up new avenues for our future development.
- A degree in business administration, economics, energy management or a similar field or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in sales and procurement, ideally in the energy industry
- Structured way of working, personal commitment, motivation and assertiveness
- Experience in working with an ERP system and in project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on results and entrepreneurial thinking
