The Board Office unit supports TenneT’s management, supervisory board, shareholders and investors in key governance and management issues.
As a trusted partner, the Board Office ensures that decision-making processes are efficient, transparent and in line with compliance requirements. Our core tasks include the further development of corporate governance, the support and coordination of committees and the implementation of special strategic projects. With our work, we create the structural and procedural framework conditions for sustainable and responsible corporate governance.

Your tasks

  • Your main tasks will include supporting the
  • Committee work
  • (management, supervisory board, shareholders) and ensuring compliance with the DCGK
  • (German Corporate Governance Code)
  • You will work closely with colleagues, in particular with the directors, to discuss work assignments, obtain feedback and exchange relevant information
  • You prepare meeting documents, ensure their quality, take minutes during meetings and take over the preparation and follow-up of meetings as a trusted partner of the senior leadership team
  • You will also ensure communication with third parties (e.g. BMWK, BNetzA, bdew, external service providers, etc.) as well as the support and maintenance of sharepoints
  • In addition, you will take on a variety of tasks and projects as part of your work in the Board Office and support the management on relevant topics, thus actively contributing to the success of the company

Your qualifications

  • You have a degree (university/university of applied sciences) in business administration, economics, law or a comparable field of study
  • You have several years of experience in committee work and project management, ideally in a company in the energy industry or a related sector
  • You are characterized by excellent communication skills and can convey complex issues in an understandable way
  • You are highly self-motivated and work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner
  • You are a team player and have a high level of resilience, especially in stressful situations
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (MS SharePoint) and business fluent in German and English round off your profile
