Administrator for measurement technology and master data (f/m/d)

The Shared Services department forms the backbone of our central service processes and ensures that the core tasks of our energy supply are handled efficiently and smoothly. The Meter and Data Management department is part of this division and ensures the reliable recording, processing and management of meter master data and measured values. It ensures that meter readings are correct, coordinates meter changes and guarantees compliance with legal requirements.

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the timely and complete setup of market and metering locations and their connections in the SAP system.
  • You will also be responsible for the system-side installation, removal or replacement of metering and additional devices and the manual processing of non-automated, processable processes in accordance with GPKE, GeLi Gas, WIM and similar.
  • You process network and sales-side work items as intentional interruptions to a workflow in SAP IS-U, assess them technically and clarify the facts.
  • You will implement the defined quality assurance measures in the course of device processing and the results of the data exchange processes.
  • You will also clarify discrepancies between clients and market partners and process internal and external inquiries, including corrections and reversals.

Your qualifications

  • You have completed commercial or technical vocational training.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the energy industry and knowledge of SAP IS-U.
  • You are confident in using MS Office products.
  • You are characterized by an independent and flexible way of working as well as a high level of customer orientation.
  • Personally, you are able to work under pressure and have good communication and teamwork skills.
