Contract Manager (m/f/d) for the energy transition

Let’s work together to successfully implement the energy transition. For this purpose, we are looking for you as a Contract Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Rostock.
Your tasks
- Preparation of contracts/supplements on the basis of sample templates
- Professional support during contract negotiations
- Fulfilling contracts on time and in accordance with obligations
- Creation of easements on the basis of sample templates
- Ensuring that all rights of use are properly secured in rem
- Ensuring the up-to-dateness, quality and completeness of the property overview (GÜS)
- Ongoing controlling of land security rights under the law of obligations and in rem
- Preparation of documents for the financing bank
- Monitoring and fulfillment of timely notification and information obligations arising from the contracts under the law of obligations
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a university or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on law or business administration
- You have sound knowledge of general contract law as well as land register and property law
- You are characterized by a structured and conscientious way of working, strong communication skills and quick comprehension
- You have strong organizational skills and strong problem-solving skills
- You have good experience in MS Office (especially Excel)
