Market Communication Specialist (f/m/d)
The Market Communication department ensures the smooth and legally compliant exchange of data between the players in the energy industry. It handles central tasks such as processing supplier changes, sending grid usage invoices and communicating metered values. It also implements regulatory requirements, optimizes processes through digitalization and is in close contact with market partners. With innovative solutions and high data quality, we are shaping the market communication of the future – and we need reinforcements for this!
Your tasks
- In the Market Communication department, you can expect a responsible role as
- You will be responsible for the smooth handling of all Edifact processes (e.g. GPKE, GeLi Gas and WIM) as well as for checking incoming invoices and will support or represent the head of the department in projects.
- You will be intensively familiarized with the market communication processes and will be responsible for their active further development in the future.
- You will act as the first point of contact for system support within the team and ensure the internal transfer of knowledge.
- You will form the interface to our IT service provider and be the contact person for new requirements for our systems or errors in the productive system.
- You will independently coordinate necessary measures with our IT service provider, issue system and process approvals and carry out quality checks.
- In your overall work, you will also support the team with operational network and sales-related tasks as well as checking incoming invoices.
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship and have additional certified further training (e.g. energy industry specialist (IHK))
- If you do not have the additional certified further training, you should be willing to catch up on this. We will be happy to accompany and support you in this.
- You have a background in the energy industry and ideally already have professional experience in market communication as well as knowledge of SAP IS-U.
- You have already taken on key user activities or were a specially trained and experienced contact person for a specific IT system or software within a company.
- In addition to the ambition to meet constantly changing requirements, you have an above-average affinity for processes and a structured, results-oriented and independent working style.
