Electronics technician, foreman, technician in the management of PV solar systems (m/f/d)
Wattner AG, headquartered in the heart of Cologne, is one of Germany’s leading investors in the field of renewable energies. To ensure maximum quality and yield security, Wattner plans and constructs each solar power plant itself and monitors the operation of the plants with its own teams.
Your tasks
- Manage the technical operation of our ground-mounted solar power plants
- Monitor the availability and performance of your systems
- Organize maintenance and repair work on your own responsibility
- Act as a direct contact person for grid operators, direct marketers and external service providers
- Work mainly in the office and occasionally visit your solar power plants
- Create monthly and annual technical reports
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman – we are also happy to support you with this further training
- Professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, ideally renewable energies, in particular solar energy and photovoltaics
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently and autonomously
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint – further IT knowledge advantageous
- Good written and spoken German
