Expert (m/f/d) for process and change management

Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals. To this end, it brings together partners from politics, business, science and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.

Your tasks

  • As part of the “Future of Energy Supply” department, you will make a direct contribution to the success of the energy transition. We work on many exciting projects relating to renewable energies, hydrogen and synthetic energy sources as well as infrastructure.
  • Coordination and further development of internal processes within the division – including process recording, structuring, analysis, optimization and implementation in close coordination with division management, controlling, PMO and the specialist team
  • Supporting internal change processes (change management) – process-oriented support in the further development of working methods, structures and standards
  • Participation in cross-divisional working groups – e.g. process visualization working group and change core team
  • Support for cross-divisional change processes
  • Promotion of process standardization – thinking along with transferable approaches and contributing to the professionalization of process management at dena as a whole

Your qualifications

  • Completed studies (e.g. economics, social or administrative sciences, organizational development, project management)
  • Practical experience in process management (BPMN 2.0), ideally supplemented by knowledge of change management
  • Ability to grasp, structure and conceptually develop complex processes
  • Confident appearance and strong communication and moderation skills
  • Experience in planning and conducting workshops and internal exchange formats
  • Affinity for structured knowledge management and collaborative tools (e.g. SharePoint, Conceptboard)
  • Independent, solution-oriented and team-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to collaborate across departments and to participate in strategic change processes
  • Very good written and spoken German
