Sales Manager Energy and Mobility Solutions (m/f/d)

Stadtwerke Esslingen (SWE) is a modern and customer-oriented company. We supply the city of Esslingen and the region with energy, water and services. With around 200 employees, we see it as our responsibility to be a pioneer in the fields of renewable energies, highly efficient energy generation and energy consulting.

Your tasks

  • You will take active responsibility for expanding our customer base and inspire new target groups for innovative solutions in the field of decentralized heat and power supply, photovoltaic systems and e-mobility
  • You will create sustainable partnerships through your trust-based support and care of existing customers as well as important market partners and multipliers
  • You create and coordinate offers, manage tenders and maintain an overview of challenging projects – from planning to implementation
  • Together with our team, you will develop forward-looking products and services for industry, commerce, the real estate sector and local authorities. Your focus will be on local and district heating, renewable energies, energy services, e-mobility and digitalization.

Your qualifications

  • You have completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably with further training as a technical or business administrator and can already demonstrate initial sales successes
  • You are a talented salesperson who enjoys building relationships and has excellent communication skills as well as a confident manner and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the energy industry and its challenges
  • You have an understanding of technical contexts and topics that require explanation and are motivated and able to work independently on complex topics
  • You have experience in project management, CRM applications and very good MS Office skills
  • You enjoy presenting, designing and selling, are reliable and flexible in the way you handle tasks
  • High motivation and independent, responsible work round off your profile
