Your tasks
- Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Hesse region with the Frankfurt and Kassel sites
- Business orientation in the electrical energy supply outdoor substations 110kV, switching stations and transformer stations in the medium-voltage grid
- Management, motivation and further development of the regional company and operational teams on site
- P&L responsibility for the region in close coordination with the holding company management
- Implementation of the corporate strategy at regional level – in particular as part of the transformation from plant manufacturer to technology-driven service provider
- Working closely with the holding company, sister companies and customers to develop sustainable, innovative solutions
- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships and targeted market positioning
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable technical qualification
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including several years of management responsibility in a decentralized organization
- Sound understanding in the field of power supply, high, medium & low voltage
- Experience with change processes, ideally in a technical services environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a willingness to innovate and create as well as strong communication skills and enthusiasm
- Willingness to be regularly present at the Frankfurt and Kassel locations
