• As plant manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the safe and economical operation of the biowaste fermentation plant, including its ancillary facilities for biomethane processing and compost production.
• You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to a team of five plant employees, organize operational processes and place the highest value on occupational safety
• You eliminate faults, plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work with the team and external companies, thus ensuring a high level of plant availability
• You identify, organize and coordinate projects to optimize the process engineering of the plant
• You organize recurring inspections and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements; you are the first point of contact for authorities and service providers
• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Group’s internal reporting system
• You take part in the on-call service

• Completed engineering degree (environmental, process or energy technology) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the supervision, commissioning or planning of waste recycling plants, biogas plants or similar facilities
• Knowledge of waste management is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, structured action and organizational talent
• Confident and engaging manner and ability to work in a team
