Asset Management (AMG) focuses on the strategic management and optimization of TenneT’s assets by balancing all costs, risks and performance to ensure a sustainable power grid. • You will be responsible for the operational management of asset risks in the TenneT onshore grid. This includes risk-based assessment and the quality-assured recording of requirements with regard to plant conditions and grid expansion.
• Based on this, you will analyze and report the asset risk position to management
• In this role, you will manage the application and further development of digital solutions for risk assessment and reporting – in particular Copperleaf C55
• You actively shape the further development of processes and guidelines in asset risk management based on requirements from the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and internal stakeholders
• In close cooperation with internal stakeholders from various departments, you contribute to risk-based portfolio planning and management

• You have a university degree in engineering or economics – ideally related to the extra-high voltage or transmission grid. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification
• You have sound knowledge of risk management and asset management. Ideally, you also have experience in working with data and digital tools (especially Python and Power BI)
• You communicate confidently in German and English – both orally and in writing – and are at ease in a multidisciplinary, partly international working environment
