The Customers and Markets department is there to position TenneT as a thought leader in the European electricity markets. In this way, we support the operation of an efficient and resilient electricity system at the lowest possible cost.
TenneT is a leading European grid operator. We are committed to a secure and reliable electricity supply – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your tasks
- Central point of contact for network users: You are the first point of contact, ensure continuous and transparent communication and that requirements are implemented efficiently
- Independent project work: you manage work packages within our projects, coordinate processes and achieve project goals with clear communication and structured planning
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders: You bring together internal and external interests on network topics, technical and legal requirements – and bring the right partners to the table
- Contract management and negotiations: You are responsible for contract management and confidently conduct negotiations with our network users
Your qualifications
- Relevant qualification: Degree in electrical engineering, engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
- Proven project and interface expertise: You navigate complex projects through all phases and bring together different interests in a structured, solution-oriented manner and with strategic vision
- Experience in the energy industry: You are familiar with the regulatory environment of a grid operator, know how laws have developed – and how they affect customers
- Contract management and negotiation skills: You have sound experience in drafting, reviewing and coordinating complex contracts
- Linguistic confidence: You communicate confidently in German and English – both orally and in writing – including with international partners
