Your tasks
- As an electrical engineering specialist (m/f/d), you and your team are responsible for the technical production infrastructure and look after the entire building technology
- You will independently take care of the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of our active combined heat and power plants, heating and cooling supply, solar systems, etc., including the corresponding documentation
- You are the first point of contact for questions about new installations and conversions and inspect fixed and mobile systems
- You plan, coordinate and supervise our external service providers on site to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- For larger construction projects, you actively support the team with your expertise in planning and implementation
Your qualifications
- You will be successful with us if you can organize yourself well and work on your topics in a structured way. Accordingly, we are looking for someone who wants to get stuck in, roll up their sleeves and always take a look “left and right” in order to become aware of issues and find solutions at an early stage. As a basis for this you need:
- An electrical engineering apprenticeship, e.g. as an electronics technician for energy and building technology, energy system electronics technician, industrial electronics technician, electrical fitter (m/f/d)
- Ideally experience in the field of building services engineering (especially heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation)
- Confident handling of MS Office programs and willingness to familiarize yourself with our maintenance tools
