Electricity/gas/water construction officer (f/m/d)
Our cross-divisional construction managers coordinate our infrastructure projects in the areas of electricity, gas and water. From implementation and construction site coordination to documentation, they ensure smooth processes and compliance with our quality standards. The construction officers act as interfaces between internal departments, service providers, authorities and customers.
Your tasks
- A new, responsible task awaits you in our team of construction supervisors as
- Preparation of construction measures:
- Participation in preliminary planning, tendering and awarding
- Coordination with customers (internal and external), service providers and authorities
- Preliminary coordination for the application for the traffic order
- Preparation of construction schedule
- Coordinating and monitoring construction measures:
- Responsible construction site coordination in our supply network and its facilities
- Monitoring contractors with regard to planning specifications and regulations
- Responsibility for adherence to construction times
- Coordinating the installation work with the responsible parties
- Processing complaints
- Documentation of construction measures:
- Creating construction sketches and measurements, as well as their accounting in the SAP system
- Processing of construction orders
- Carrying out the order completion report incl. status report in monitoring
- Keeping a construction diary
Your qualifications
- Completed dual training in an electrical profession (e.g. electrician, electronics technician) as well as an additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Willingness to undergo further cross-divisional training to become a “distribution network specialist”
- Several years of experience in the field of supply engineering and at least three years of professional experience as a construction supervisor
- A class B driving license and the initiative to be on call when necessary
- General PC skills or even initial knowledge of SAP for construction site accounting
- A high level of organizational skills and convincing communication to safeguard the company’s interests
- A particularly high sense of responsibility and sensitivity with regard to occupational safety
