Your tasks
- Translation of the expansion strategies of SWL-Energie and TraveNetz in coordination with the Hanseatic City of Lübeck and EBL
- Prioritization of all major construction measures according to technical and economic aspects
- Participation in the coordination of construction projects with external companies and authorities (participation in the coordination meetings of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck and EBL), including process monitoring and quality assurance in the event of organizational and process changes
- Ensuring the proper, operational construction of the respective trades in compliance with laws, technical rules, regulations, contracts, instructions, economic efficiency and corporate strategies
Your qualifications
- Completed (technical) university degree in engineering, urban planning, geosciences or equivalent skills and knowledge
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the utilities industry desirable
- Knowledge of the relevant laws / regulations in the area of responsibility (e.g. DVGW, ZTV A-StB, RStO, RSA) and experience in using GIS tools
- Experience in project management and coordination of construction projects as well as in the communication of infrastructure projects
- Analytical thinking, decision-making ability, external and internal customer orientation, goal-oriented and systematic working style, ability to take responsibility and technical and economic understanding
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, communication and information skills, ability to cooperate and deal with conflict, negotiating skills, confident manner
- Class B driver’s license
