Your tasks
- As Group Manager Grid Management Electricity
- (m/f/d), you will ensure the safe, reliable and efficient control and further development of system management and grid stability in compliance with technical, legal and economic requirements.
- You will manage the organizational unit in disciplinary and technical terms, implement personnel and development measures, plan and coordinate employee assignments and conduct feedback and remuneration discussions
- You ensure system stability and security, develop strategies for electricity grids, carry out risk analyses and implement legal requirements in load and feed-in management
- You manage and coordinate projects in the area of system management, optimize processes and data models and work in groups and professional associations
- You monitor key grid figures, coordinate measures to rectify faults and document work and system management measures
- You plan and control costs, optimize processes and use external services
- You organize shift operations and on-call services for the organizational unit
Your qualifications
- Completed Master’s degree in electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable qualification
- Many years of professional experience in the relevant field and strong leadership skills
- Completed qualification as an electrician with a focus on energy supply
- Knowledge of energy supply, switching authorization up to 110 kV, regulatory requirements (BNetzA)
- Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, NEPLAN, GIS, grid control systems)
- Knowledge of English and electrical engineering regulations
