• As a Network Service Team Leader (m/f/d), you will take on an exciting and varied role. You will actively shape the operation and maintenance of our grids, optimize work processes and contribute your ideas to projects.
• You will lead the specialist network service team with commitment and vision – both in technical and disciplinary terms
• You will develop concepts and processes for implementing the strategic goals of MVV Netze GmbH in your area of responsibility
• Together with your team, you will ensure forward-looking operational management and maintenance of our grids and facilities in the areas of electricity (1 kV), low-pressure gas, water and district heating
• You will plan and control work processes and work towards continuous optimization
• You will develop concepts for expanding the range of services and implement them
• With your experience, you will contribute to the optimization of processes, the cost structure and the use of resources
• You take on responsibility in exciting (sub-)projects and actively participate in their implementation

• Master craftsman, technician or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or in the field of gas, water and district heating
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable field
• Enjoy working in a team, strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of the relevant technical regulations is required
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty and a class B driving license
