Your tasks
- Advice and site surveys for new systems such as liquid gas systems, photovoltaics, heat pumps and air conditioning units to determine optimum customer solutions
- Instruction in the use and operation of these systems
- Carrying out inspections, such as pipework and external inspections, minor repairs, meter changes or replacing regulators are part of the daily tasks
- Advising customers on technical issues and product enquiries
- Installing and maintaining remote data transmissions
- Generating customer interest in additional services, such as maintenance contracts, testing services, installation services, remote level transmission, audits, energy
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (gas and water installer) or other comparable vocational training
- Strong technical expertise and manual skills
- Good industry, market and product knowledge
- Up-to-date specialist knowledge of the applicable technical regulations
- Good PC user skills and familiarity with app-based systems
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to successfully acquire customers and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Good and quick comprehension skills and a high willingness to learn and work
- Communicative and independent way of working
- Very high willingness to travel
- Class B driving license
- Ideally living in Frankfurt am Main / Hesse (not a must)
