Head of Mobility and Postal Services
Our division is responsible for central infrastructure and services that ensure the smooth operation of our company and actively lead it into the future.
This includes the operation of our company-owned vehicle workshop for a fleet of over 500 vehicles – with the clear goal of converting this completely to electromobility by 2035.
We manage the company-wide distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, including printing and enveloping, via external service providers and are increasingly making this process digital. As part of our strategic focus on a paperless office, we are systematically driving forward the digitalization of our work processes.
In addition, we provide tools and materials for our grid company and thus ensure that the operating units are reliably supplied.

Your tasks
- As a department head, you will lead a dedicated team and actively shape the further development of key company processes. You are not only a manager, but also a coach, initiator and strategic co-designer.
- You lead with clarity and empathy, provide orientation and promote personal responsibility – and you grow together as a team.
- You conduct regular feedback meetings, identify qualification requirements and ensure that your team is optimally positioned both professionally and personally.
- You will be responsible for managing and developing the processes in our vehicle workshop and the post and scanning department – with a view to efficiency, quality and sustainability.
- You strategically integrate external service providers into our processes, manage their services and continuously develop the collaboration.
- You prepare tenders (EU & UVgO) professionally, monitor the performance of the service providers and derive targeted optimization measures from this.
- You ensure that legal requirements and occupational safety standards are adhered to – through clear instruction, consistent monitoring and responsible implementation.
Your qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with a focus on automotive/technology or have completed training as a master craftsman or technician or have a comparable qualification.
- With your leadership experience and your flair for service provider management, you successfully bring teams and external partners together and drive projects forward sustainably.
- You have drive: You lead with heart and mind, always think one step ahead and motivate others with your positive energy. Customer focus, initiative and quick thinking are simply part of your job.
- You also have a class B driver’s license.
