Your tasks
- Supply, plant, energy and heat contracting: You will actively drive the development and expansion of our energy services and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales of large-scale plants: Your focus is on the sale of large-scale plants in the areas of heating, cooling, CHP, compressed air and steam.
- Development of efficient solutions: You will develop innovative energy concepts for heating connections, tenant electricity and charging infrastructure to provide our customers with optimal support.
- Analysis of the initial situation: With an analytical eye, you evaluate existing structures and derive economic and technical optimization options.
- Optimization for industrial and large commercial customers: You develop economically viable solutions, especially for major customers in the housing industry.
- Drafting individual contracts: You negotiate customized contract solutions at decision-maker level – right up to management and board level.
- Stakeholder management: You will also effectively coordinate internal interfaces in order to successfully implement projects.
Your qualifications
- Are you good at networking? Are you interested in sustainable and efficient solutions in the energy sector and have an eye on energy policy? Then you’ve come to the right place! As part of a sickness cover, we are looking for a temporary position for 2 years for a
- Education: You have completed a (specialist) university degree in an economic or technical field.
- Professional expertise: You have extensive sales and market knowledge in the field of energy services for industry and the housing sector. You are also familiar with developments in the energy market and have an established customer network.
- Legal knowledge: You have experience in the development of energy solutions. You are also familiar with the legal framework and regulations in the energy sector.
- Skills: You combine communication skills with a passion for sales and an interest in energy solutions. You also have a good command of English. You particularly enjoy networking and working on projects.
