Junior Transaction Manager Project Acquisition & Cooperations (m/f/d)
The UKA Group is one of the leading project developers for renewable energies in Germany. The Group’s project pipeline currently amounts to more than 19 gigawatts in all of its markets. It also manages wind and PV parks via its operations management company UKB.
Your tasks
- Exciting tasks await you, which you will solve together with us:
- How do you turn an idea into a viable deal? You will analyze new project or cooperation ideas with us, check initial data, evaluate opportunities and develop a basis for decision-making.
- How do projects become real agreements? You accompany contract negotiations: prepare documents, coordinate those involved and help to get viable solutions off the ground.
- How are projects integrated into our processes? You support the implementation of ongoing collaborations, document deadlines and milestones – and work with us to ensure smooth handovers to the project teams.
- How do we learn from projects and improve? You will be involved in internal further developments – whether in templates, evaluations or lessons learned from completed transactions.
- Systematic responsibility. You will receive structure, feedback and individual development paths – so that you can develop yourself safely.
Your qualifications
- What you ideally already have or would like to learn with us:
- An economic or technical background – e.g. through a degree with initial work experience from internships or comparable training with subsequent work experience
- An interest in the energy industry, project development or negotiation management A keen eye for interrelationships, a good sense of economic logic and enjoy presenting things in an understandable way
- Diligence, curiosity and the desire to systematically familiarize yourself with new topics
- Initial experience in project work or negotiations is helpful, but not a must
