Electrical Engineer Area Network Planning (m/f/d)
Energy system planning is a future-oriented area of TenneT that constantly keeps an eye on the rapidly changing external conditions. This is because we develop visions and concepts for the climate-neutral energy system of the future. To this end, we are looking for ways in which our electricity system can adapt to the challenges of the energy transition in the most intelligent way.
TenneT is a leading European grid operator. We are committed to a secure and reliable electricity supply – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are helping to shape the energy transition – for a sustainable, reliable and affordable energy future. As the first cross-border transmission system operator, we plan, build and operate a high-voltage and extra-high-voltage grid with a length of over 25,000 kilometers in the Netherlands and large parts of Germany and enable the European energy market with our 17 interconnectors to neighboring countries. With a turnover of 9.2 billion euros and total assets of 45 billion euros, we are one of the largest investors in national and international electricity grids, on land and at sea. Every day, our 8,300 employees give their best and ensure that more than 43 million end consumers can rely on a stable supply of electricity in line with our values of responsibility, courage and networking.
