Electrical engineering foreman / technician for high-voltage projects (f/m/d)

Stuttgart Netze ensures that people in Stuttgart have a reliable supply of electricity and gas around the clock. As a distribution grid operator, we are responsible for the operation, maintenance and modernization of the 5,600-kilometre-long electricity grid and the 2,100-kilometre-long gas grid in the state capital. In addition to ensuring security of supply, we are investing in the further development of the grids in order to meet the increasing demands of the energy transition and create a sustainable energy infrastructure in Stuttgart. We also look after 74,000 street lights for the city of Stuttgart. As a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Stuttgart, we support the state capital of Stuttgart on its path to climate neutrality by 2035 with around 600 employees.
In the area of grid development, the high-voltage line construction team represents Stuttgart Netze in the fulfillment of client tasks in high-voltage projects. We are responsible for costs, deadlines and quality while complying with all internal and external occupational health and safety and environmental protection regulations as well as the technical specifications in the projects from the initial conceptual design to implementation and commissioning.
Your tasks
- Varied tasks await you
- Independent coordination of projects after internal handover for realization
- Coordination of implementation with external planning offices, authorities, customers, suppliers, etc.
- Responsibility for on-time and on-budget execution
- Planning the deployment of personnel and materials
- Responsibility for checking and invoicing construction work
- Ensuring quality management and compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations
- In addition to many activities on site (approx. 70%), you will also carry out many tasks in the office (approx. 30%).
Your qualifications
- Completed further training as a state-certified master craftsman or technician in the field of electricity / electrical engineering or comparable qualifications acquired through many years of professional experience
- Negotiating skills, independence and enjoyment of working in a team
- Confident and pleasant demeanor when dealing with third parties
- Ideally knowledge in the construction of line networks & knowledge in civil engineering
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license class B for your work in the Stuttgart area
