Your tasks
- As a Material Flow Manager (m/f/d) for the area of biowaste fermentation, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal supply of the Bernburg, Dresden and future plants, taking into account operational, regulatory and legal requirements.
- You will analyze the biowaste market and the competition, evaluate legal developments in waste management and forecast and plan disposal capacities and volumes
- You manage the material flows of existing customers and acquire new customers
- You prepare offers and conduct price negotiations
- You process municipal tenders
- You prepare offers and draft contracts
- You manage interfaces to billing and other internal departments
- You support the development of new projects
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of recycling management, environmental technology or business administration with a technical background or comparable training with in-depth experience in waste management
- Several years of experience in the waste management industry, particularly in the field of biowaste fermentation/composting
- Convincing interlocutor with negotiating skills
- Independent and responsible way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Convincing and inspiring communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to travel on business
