Technical buyer (m/f/d) Future grid expansion project

Your tasks
- Procurement of technical components, materials and services for various projects, in particular 110 kV grid expansion and future heat
- Identifying, evaluating and selecting suitable suppliers together with the relevant project members
- Conducting price, contract and condition negotiations including the implementation of claim management as well as establishing and maintaining supplier relationships
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies in the assigned project product groups as well as cost responsibility for the assigned projects or sub-areas
- Archiving documents, checking completeness and carrying out quality assurance measures
- Carrying out market analyses, observing technology trends and creating procurement strategies
- Monitoring and reporting on projects and initiating countermeasures if project goals are jeopardized
Your qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, business administration or comparable technical/commercial training or further training
- Relevant experience in technical project purchasing, preferably in the energy sector, construction or plant engineering
- Good knowledge of procurement markets and material groups in a technical environment
- Understanding of technical drawings, specifications and manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and SAP MM
- Knowledge of the legal framework, in particular the regulations of the German Civil Code (BGB) and ideally public procurement law
- Strong negotiating skills paired with clear assertiveness
- Proactive doer mentality with high self-motivation
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
