Project Engineer (m/f/d) Project Development & Permits – Open Space PV
Solaro Sales GmbH is a leading provider of innovative and sustainable ground-mounted photovoltaic systems. We are actively shaping the energy transition and are looking for experienced developers with technical know-how and project management experience to accompany and drive our projects from the initial idea through to realization.
Your tasks
- Independent development of photovoltaic projects on open spaces from site analysis to implementation
- Conducting feasibility studies taking into account technical, economic and legal framework conditions
- Examination and evaluation of sites with regard to grid connection, environmental requirements and approvability
- Coordination and consultation with landowners, municipalities, authorities and grid operators
- Preparation and support of approval procedures, including development plan amendments, environmental assessments and immission control procedures (e.g. BImSchG)
- Collaboration with internal and external planners, experts and lawyers
- Monitoring deadlines, costs and quality in the project development process
- Preparation and presentation of decision papers for the management
- Experience with large storage facilities
Your qualifications
- Completed studies or training in the field of spatial planning, environmental sciences, geography, civil engineering or similar
- Several years of experience in the development of ground-mounted photovoltaic projects and in dealing with approval procedures
- Sound knowledge of building and planning law as well as relevant regulations and standards
- Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with authorities and project partners
- Independent, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills, ideally GIS systems and MS Office
- High willingness to travel within the project region
