Engineer (m/f/d) Compressor station
Your tasks
- In your new, forward-looking and varied role, you will be responsible for the competent management of your three-person team in line with our Thyssengas management guidelines. Together you will ensure the technical safety and availability of our compressor station at the Hünxe site. Your team will support you in this.
- Strategic planning, calculation, organization and coordination of maintenance and repair measures as well as support for new construction projects from the planning phase to commissioning
- Definition of requirements, coordination, monitoring, quality assurance, acceptance and invoicing of contracted service companies
- Plant responsibility with regard to a wide range of engineering disciplines and trades, e.g. electrical, process and gas engineering
- Appointment as responsible electrical specialist (VEFK) after successful training
- Supporting your team in the independent pursuit of individual goals and accompanying all team members in upcoming change processes
- Determining the skills required in the team and actively promoting individual development
- Participation in the on-call service
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree in electrical engineering, process engineering, energy technology or similar
- Expertise in combination with professional experience in automation and electrical engineering
- Initial leadership experience combined with the ability to actively shape change and the ability to motivate your team to achieve common goals and create a positive working atmosphere
- Convincing leadership style with regard to our Thyssengas leadership guidelines – with a particular focus on orientation, appreciation, personal responsibility, solution orientation and development
- Independent, structured and analytical way of working as well as planning and organizational skills
- Agile mindset in combination with strong resilience
