• Technical and disciplinary management of the calculation department, whose main task is the preparation of offers and detailed planning for photovoltaic systems in the small and large-scale industry
• Identifying and implementing measures to control, monitor and improve performance in the work area and in interface areas
• Further development of existing calculation templates
• Optimization of internal processes
• Carrying out value analyses in collaboration with development, production and purchasing
• Supporting purchasing and production, including assembly, in achieving target costs
• Operational collaboration in the department

• Have a technical or commercial education
• Are an experienced department manager, preferably in the field of costing
• Have a healthy, high level of safety awareness
• Can familiarize themselves with technical issues
• Already have experience in personnel management and development
• Like to think in a process-driven way and attach importance to adhering to processes
• Have experience in controlling or would like to develop here
• Are happy to take on responsibility easily
• Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and work independently
