Team leader (m/f/d) project management in the field of industry, mobility and energy efficiency
Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals. To this end, it brings together partners from politics, business, science and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.
Your tasks
- Strategic organization and further development of project management in the Industry, Mobility & Energy Efficiency (IME) division
- Ensuring professional project management in all projects in the division
- Disciplinary and technical leadership and further development of the project management team
- Key user of the division in all dena project management tools
- Development and organization of knowledge and quality management in the IME division as well as cooperation at the interfaces to other organizational areas of dena
- The position is part-time and full-time and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree, preferably in natural sciences, economics, law, social or communication sciences or a comparable course of study
- Several years of professional experience in project management and/or PMO
- Sound knowledge of project management including various methods
- Experience in lateral personnel management and development; preferably with direct personnel responsibility
- Knowledge of corporate and project controlling
- Ideally knowledge of knowledge and quality management
- Strong communication skills and competence in conducting discussions and negotiations, rhetoric, moderation and presentations
- Strong affinity for numbers and ability to deal with conflict
- Very good written and spoken German
