Energy transformation consultant (m/f/d)
To ensure the highest possible quality of our products, we rely on modern and innovative production and filling systems and responsible use of our resources. To do this, we need performance- and quality-conscious employees who want to play an active role in shaping the diversity of our portfolio. Is quality the best recipe for you too? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Your tasks
- You work strategically – you are responsible for deriving a future-oriented transformation concept across all locations with regard to achieving our energy sustainability targets. This includes medium-term strategic investment planning in optimized and efficient electricity and heating concepts as well as energy generation plants from renewable sources that fit into the supply structure of our operations. In addition, the internal supply networks must be designed to be robust against external supply disruptions.
- You take a close look – together with the team of our environmental, energy and sustainability officers, you evaluate the KPIs of our sites. Through a well-founded analysis of economic efficiency and profitability based on this data, you decide on the sequence of investments and thus set the pace of target achievement in the area of sustainability.
- You offer a professional service – you are the central point of contact for the sustainable technical transformation of the Radeberger Group and therefore also for new, innovative and industry-compatible energy technology. You also have knowledge of the possibilities for integrating renewable energy generation plants into grids and operating structures.
Your qualifications
- You are a team player – you work closely with our operations and related departments. You are a member of our Group’s sustainability ambassadors and use your expertise to shape topics beyond your specialist department.
- Your education – You have a relevant qualification in the technical field (degree in engineering / supply engineering / electrical engineering / mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study).
- Your experience – You have already gained professional experience in the operation of energy systems. You are familiar with the integration of different plants and systems. In addition, you have impressive project management skills.
- Your personality – You are characterized by your entrepreneurial thinking as well as your creativity and flexibility in finding solutions. Understanding processes and their interrelationships is easy for you. You work independently, have the necessary assertiveness and would like to develop further in our company.
- Your mobility – You are willing to travel for business trips within Germany, e.g. to accompany commissioning at our sites.
- Your know-how – You have a sound knowledge of MS Office. SAP knowledge is desirable.
- A matter of course for us – your flexibility, your commitment, your team spirit.
