Your tasks
- As an electrical engineer in the field of electricity metering, you will calculate, document and implement metering equipment and special electricity measurements, including changes and modifications.
- You provide internal and external customers with technical advice and coordinate contracted installers.
- You will monitor and assess compliance with calibration law and technical regulations as well as their technical connection conditions. You will also be responsible for deciding on the commissioning and decommissioning of customer installations and systems as a representative of the grid operator.
- In addition, you will be responsible for the technical controlling of external service providers commissioned by enercity Netz GmbH and companies commissioned by customers.
- Within various working groups and committees, you will select innovative technologies, create measurement concepts and thus update the technical connection conditions as well as other internal regulations and work processes.
- Together with your team, you will manage the design and implementation planning and make the necessary preparations. You will be responsible for controlling the installation of complex metering equipment and special measurements in the field of electricity. In doing so, you will explicitly take into account the legal, technical and billing requirements.

Your qualifications
- You have a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience.
- You have demonstrable knowledge of electrical installation and the relevant regulations and connection conditions.
- Your personality is characterized by a high level of customer orientation, a pronounced goal orientation, strong communication skills, flexibility with regard to changing requirements and an independent way of working.
