Your tasks
- As a meter reading administrator (m/f/d), you will play a key role in making meter reading data processes efficient and compliant – from communication with market partners and technical interface control to ensuring data quality and process KPIs. - Responsibility for technical market communication in connection with meter readings in accordance with applicable guidelines
- Monitoring and controlling the interfaces for meter reading data (import and export)
- Carrying out meter reading clearing to ensure correct data flows
- Processing and quality assurance of meter reading movements incl. plausibility checks
- Monitoring and ensuring KPI fulfillment in accordance with defined target processes
Your qualifications
- You have completed an apprenticeship
- Initial knowledge and experience in the energy industry is an advantage
- Your verbal and written communication skills are very good
- You have a good command of MS Office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a confident manner, persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, a high level of initiative and reliability round off your profile
