Sales and project engineer (m/f/d) for heating solutions
Your tasks
- You actively shape the heat transition in Remscheid through the planning, project planning and accompanying implementation of heat transition solutions (current focus: transformation of existing heating networks, new construction of local and district heating networks as part of municipal heat planning, identification and project planning of micro-heating networks and individual B2B heat solutions).
- You are our central point of contact for these projects, both internally and externally. Externally in the initiation and implementation at the interface between customer, municipality, engineering offices and specialist companies. Internally at the interface to the other areas involved (including sales, grid, metering point operation).
- You inform and advise customers on all aspects of possible climate-friendly heating solutions and proactively support them through to the decision-making process.
- You will be able to communicate technical know-how to customers and stakeholders in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
- You will be responsible for projects from the sales meeting to the submission of the offer, the conclusion of the contract, the planning phases, construction supervision through to completion and technical operational management.
- You will monitor the planning and implementation process and ensure that deadlines/milestones and budgets are met.
Your qualifications
- You are enthusiastic about the implementation of renewable energies and sustainable heating systems.
- You have successfully completed a degree (supply technology, energy technology, engineering) or a similar qualification or alternatively have several years of professional experience in a corresponding field of activity.
- You are strong in sales and can transfer your enthusiasm for the topics to customers.
- You have experience in project management and have strong organizational skills.
- You are emphatic, communicative, determined and have good communication skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by initiative and commitment.
- Car driving license class B

You will receive performance-related and market-oriented remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V).
