The Regionale EnergieAgentur e.V. (REA) is the regional network for business, local authorities and science on topics relating to energy and sustainability:
The funded project “Jobmotor Energiewende” aims to develop formats that make it easier for employees in the Braunschweig region to transition into climate-friendly sectors. The aim is to secure skilled workers, make new fields of work visible and actively support the regional energy transition.
Your tasks
- Strategic management and implementation of the project
- Responsibility for milestones, budget and reporting
- Representation of the project to politicians, partners and the public
- Establishing and maintaining networks and moderating event formats
- Team communication, quality assurance and controlling
Your qualifications
- Energy and resource efficiency
- CO2 and energy saving
- Renewable energies
- Sustainable mobility
- Completed university degree (e.g. psychology, human resources management, industrial engineering, environmental or engineering sciences)
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally with funding projects
- Knowledge of HR, the labor market, structural change or securing skilled workers is a strong advantage
- Desirable: knowledge of the automotive or renewable industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in working with various interest groups, moderation, networking, public relations
