Engineer:in Electrical Engineering / Master of Engineering Project Manager:in Transformer Stations
A team of 22 colleagues plans and projects electricity for our systems for main, distribution and grid stations, keeping a constant eye on the technical, scheduling and economic targets. This is an important building block for our company’s success and includes a wide range of tasks.
Your tasks
- As an electrical engineer project manager for transformer stations, you will coordinate and manage projects, including the execution of large and complex cross-departmental renovation and new construction projects in accordance with all HOAI service phases and in compliance with the applicable technical regulations.
- You will take on the tasks of a client and overall coordination, including project controlling, and will also be responsible for extensive approval and award procedures for plant engineering.
- You will be responsible for coordinating and liaising with internal and external business partners (e.g. customers, administrations and companies). You will negotiate with owners to secure the contractual use of the property and represent the company’s operational and commercial interests externally.
- You will develop and provide services in the station and facilities area and work on special tasks to optimize the results area.
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in engineering (TU), a master’s degree in electrical engineering/energy technology or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained relevant professional experience in your field and also have experience in the application of project management methods. You are confident in using IT systems such as SAP and MS Office.
- You are flexible, enjoy taking on new challenges and are prepared to work prudently towards your goals. You only let up when you have achieved a high degree of target attainment.
- You plan your next steps on your own initiative, always in cooperation with your team, demonstrating a high level of social competence and consciously entering into conflicts in order to resolve them in the interests of the company.
- You can communicate at eye level and are very goal-oriented, and your high level of customer orientation is one of your strengths. You are happy to take on non-divisional tasks and are adept at negotiating.
- You have a class B driver’s license.
