Your tasks
- Be responsible for the holistic management and further development of the customer sales portfolio with a focus on energy and guarantee of origin procurement, hedging and P&L responsibility.
- Derive well-founded market assessments, price evaluations and strategic recommendations for action to manage the portfolio and optimize the company’s objectives.
- Promote close cooperation with our energy trading department to develop and implement sustainable portfolio, procurement and hedging strategies.
- Integrate innovative concepts for the integration of decentralized generation and flexibility such as storage, controllable loads, etc. into the portfolio management processes.
- Supporting sales in operational business in the development of sales strategies and offers.
- Some of our employees are on the road a lot. They are on construction sites or visiting customers. Others do their best in the background in plants, workshops, laboratories or offices.
Your qualifications
- Degree in energy economics, business administration, industrial engineering or similar.
- Several years of experience in the Swiss energy market, in particular in trading, procurement or portfolio management.
- In-depth knowledge of energy data, market mechanisms and portfolio management systems – especially Excel.
- Understanding of pricing and risk models as well as experience in analyzing and processing energy data.
- Analytical, entrepreneurial mind with structure, flair for numbers and a solution-oriented way of working.
