The challenge
The energy industry is changing: digitalization, artificial intelligence and data-driven processes are increasingly shaping the market environment. enPORTAL is actively shaping this change process and is looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) who can sustainably develop our customer relationships.
Your tasks
- Providing personal support and advice to key accounts from industry, commerce and the public sector in the context of digital electricity and gas tenders.
- Supporting and advising our customers on energy procurement and energy data management.
- Acting as a link between customers and energy suppliers, ensuring excellent service quality.
- Actively shaping and developing our digital processes and services.
Your profile
- Commercial or energy industry training - career changers with high motivation and digital affinity are expressly encouraged to apply.
- Confident handling of data, automated processes and new technologies
- Strong communication skills, service orientation and enjoy working with different customers
- Creativity, initiative and innovative spirit as well as the ability to flexibly respond to change and continuously develop, especially in the area of modern technologies and AI tools.
