Your tasks
- Recording and updating of building fabric and building technology as well as documentation of the current condition
- Development of refurbishment priorities and creation of energy-efficient refurbishment concepts, also with external support
- Expert advice on municipal construction and refurbishment projects
- Analysis of weak points, identification of potential energy savings and operational optimization
- Development and implementation of energy-saving measures, including in the non-investment and low-investment areas
- Development and implementation of energy controlling with data collection and creation of a database
- Implementation of digitalization projects
- Monitoring, controlling and programming the building management system
- Integration of renewable energies
- Processing energy data and preparing the annual energy report
- Development of energy service instructions for all areas of the city administration
- Contact person for all municipal users

Your qualifications
- Completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in the field of building, energy or environmental engineering and sound specialist knowledge in the field of technical building management/energy technology or a comparable qualification
- Ideally professional experience in the relevant field
- Innovative concept ideas for the digitalization of building operations
- High level of commitment and motivation
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Independent and structured way of working
- Class B driving license
