• Continuous analysis of the market for decentralized energy solutions
• Identification of suitable target groups and new customers
• Acquisition of leads via the personal network, trade fairs and events as well as partner networks
• Regular communication and maintenance of relationships with new customers, existing customers and acquisition partners, including documentation in the CRM system
• Qualifying all leads and handing over project approaches to project development
• Developing and maintaining project acquisition materials in close coordination with Marketing
• Presentation of Polarstern’s decentralized energy solutions at trade fairs, conferences and other events

• It is important to you to maintain long-term customer relationships and build trust
• You are empathetic, can actively listen and are characterized by a clear, engaging manner of expression and authenticity
• You are familiar with the structures and players in the real estate industry and ideally have a network in the real estate industry
• You may even have already worked with Zoho and Asana tools and feel comfortable with MS Office apps
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and working in a team
• You work independently and have a high degree of reliability and diligence
• You are passionate about the energy transition
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German (B2 or higher)
