Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Project planning, installation and support for tariff, special customer and feed-in metering
  • Collection of relevant customer data
  • Implementation of smart meter measuring systems (iMSys) including feed-in management
  • Advice on metrological issues in accordance with TAB, NAV and VDE
  • Carrying out device replacements
  • Checking and testing metering sets
  • Processing service orders in the area of collection

Your qualifications

  • Completed training as a master electrician (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
  • Knowledge in the field of occupational safety
  • Completed AUS training
  • Strong ability to work in a team and a service and customer-oriented manner
  • Good PC skills
  • Possession of a class B driver’s license
