IT and communications technician (f/m/d)
Stadtwerke Germersheim GmbH is a customer-oriented service company with the divisions electricity, gas, water and heat supply as well as port operations and wastewater disposal. With 77 employees, we supply 28,000 inhabitants of the district town of Germersheim and the municipality of Lingenfeld with an annual turnover of approx. 43 million euros.
Your tasks
- Help shape the future: You will independently develop new solutions for the ongoing digitalization of network operations and be responsible for their implementation.
- You are the contact person for the respective supply divisions for digital process support.
- Your area of responsibility will include the management of communication technology, such as company radio, satellite telephony, remote meter reading, fiber optic networks, powerline technology as well as support for the network control system and coordination of service providers in the field of cybersecurity
- Exciting topics: You are open-minded, interested in new topics and think outside the box. You support the ongoing digitalization of our network operations and implement new legal requirements.
Your qualifications
- Qualifications: Completed training in the field of IT system electronics, computer science or a comparable qualification (e.g. in electrical engineering) with sound knowledge in the IT sector
- Personality and working style: structured, solution-oriented way of working, high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking, strong teamwork skills due to close cooperation within the team and with our service providers, good communication skills in dealing with customers, service providers and authorities
- Enthusiasm: Interest in digitalization topics to support us with new tasks, changes and future challenges
