Consultant Infrastructure Development Networks (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As a Network Infrastructure Development Officer (m/f/d), you will shape the future of natural gas and hydrogen transportation. You will develop innovative concepts, initiate and plan projects, coordinate cooperation with partners and network operators, evaluate solutions from an economic and regulatory perspective and actively advance our network expansion strategy. In our collaborative teams, you can contribute your skills effectively, develop your specialist knowledge and help us shape the future of sustainable energy supply.

- Development of creative technical concepts for natural gas and hydrogen transportation – including with the help of technical network simulation – as part of German and European network development planning
- Economic assessment of the concepts, taking into account political and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to the development of the company’s positions and strategies in the regulated environment in Germany and Europe for the area of grid expansion/grid development planning
- Initiation and preliminary planning of projects, project controlling during the definition and implementation phase
- Coordination of projects with our national and international partners as well as with neighboring German and European grid operators
Your qualifications

- Successfully completed university/college studies with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics, energy technology or similar
- Quick comprehension, strong conceptual & strategic thinking for successful work in a dynamic environment

- High motivation, a lot of desire & creativity to help shape the change process in the energy industry
- Very good communication skills, confident demeanor, ability to work under pressure, negotiating skills, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- Good written and spoken English skills
