In the world of TotalEnergies, the Osnabrück mineral oil plant is a small, highly specialized site. here, 40 employees develop and produce lubricants and specialty chemicals for the industry, which are used worldwide. In addition to the existing extensive product range, rolling oils will also be developed and produced in Osnabrück in the future and the proportion of bio-based cooling lubricants will continue to grow. The site is preparing for these challenges with one of the largest investments in the company’s 100-year history.

Your tasks
- Preparation and submission of the monthly report on safety, health and environmental protection
- Coordination and monitoring of external companies in safety, health and environmental issues
- Supporting technical projects and coordinating the contractors involved
- Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Coordination with authorities on safety, health and environmental issues
- Advising management on safety, health and environmental protection requirements
- Planning and implementing measures to protect safety, health and the environment
- Developing and monitoring measures to eliminate safety-related deviations
- Creating and updating emergency and safety documentation
- Conducting training courses and monitoring accidents and incidents
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
- Further training as a waste and hazardous substances officer
- At least 3 years of specialist professional experience in a production company
- Specialist knowledge of management systems and HSE, quality assurance, relevant laws, guidelines and regulations
- Leadership skills
- Business fluent in German and English
- Telephone availability and availability at weekends and on public holidays.
