Planning engineer in electrical engineering for fire protection projects (f/m/d)
In the Planning and Construction – Works division, we are responsible for the planning, construction supervision and project management of all water, sewage treatment and pumping station projects and buildings.

Your tasks
- Implementation of fire protection projects across all project phases from inventory, planning, tendering, construction management to acceptance of the trades and handover to the building operator
- Collaboration in an in-house planning team across all trades
- Independent provision of planning services in accordance with HOAI LP1-8 incl. fire barriers, fire alarm systems and safety lighting
- Creation of service specifications and service descriptions
- Technical review and evaluation of tenders
- Specialist construction management activities and independent construction supervision
Your qualifications
- Scientific university education (Master, Dipl.-Ing.) as an engineer for electrical engineering, specializing in power engineering
- Alternatively: Scientific university education (Master, Dipl.-Ing.) as an engineer for applied industrial electrical engineering, electrical power systems or energy management as well as job-relevant professional experience or university education (Bachelor) in the aforementioned disciplines with sound knowledge in planning, project planning
- Very good knowledge of the Berlin / Brandenburg state building regulations and the line system directive, DIN, VDE, HOAI, VOB and the EltBauV
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, CAE, AVA programs
- Experience across all HOAI service phases
- Class B driver’s license
- Ability to work in a team, structured way of working and ability to work under pressure
- Desirable: Specialist planning or expert qualification for building services fire protection, certification according to DIN 14675

- We offer you a salary in pay group 12 according to the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). Depending on your personal requirements, you may also be placed in a lower pay group.
