Approval planner for wind energy projects (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- As a permit planner, you create the building law for our projects and obtain immission control and building permits in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG).
- To this end, you coordinate the approval procedures with the authorities and stakeholders, check the approval requirements for cable routes and initiate the necessary procedures.
- You will draw up complete application documents, process subsequent official requests and monitor deadlines.
- You select suitable planning offices and technical experts and commission them
- Commission them. In addition, you will organize and manage all expert opinions and specialist services required for the procedure, e.g. in the areas of surveying, species protection, FFH/SPA compatibility, mapping, noise, shadows, statics, fire protection and much more.
- With legal support, you will also assess the design, admissibility and economic impact of ancillary provisions and provide input for profitability calculations.
- You will support project management in communicating with local authorities and government agencies, inform all internal and coordinate all external project participants.
- You carry out restriction queries, e.g. on radio relay, archaeology, explosive ordnance and obtain information on lines.
Your qualifications
- Completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) with a focus on environmental or legal sciences or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in one of the subject areas: Immission control, environmental and nature conservation, planning or administrative law
- Good MS Office skills, strong ability to derive new solutions and analytical and combinatorial thinking
- Structured way of working, quick comprehension and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills in negotiations with authorities and other stakeholders
- Desire to work independently and enjoy teamwork
