Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Energy industry monitoring & evaluation wind power

Your tasks
- As a (Senior) Consultant, you will provide our customers with comprehensive support in the development of innovative and practice-oriented solutions and play a key role in the development and implementation of strategies for the integration, evaluation and marketing of
- Your tasks will include the following areas:
- Developing sustainable strategies for the integration of wind power generation into an electricity portfolio and developing suitable marketing strategies such as PPAs, direct marketing, flexibility options
- Supporting technical and energy industry due diligence processes for wind energy projects
- Project development, construction and evaluation of concepts for the construction and integration of wind turbines
- Modeling and evaluation of wind turbines (wind data analysis, performance data, yield simulation, profitability analyses)
- Derivation of risk management and scenario analyses – Development and implementation of hedging strategies
- Preparation of market and competition analyses
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in renewable energies, energy economics, engineering/economics or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of wind energy / renewable energies, preferably with a focus on valuation or marketing
- Professional experience in the consulting business and possibly also in project management is desirable
- Sound knowledge of yield and wind data analysis, simulation of wind energy projects
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good quantitative skills and confident use of modeling tools / software (e.g. MATLAB, Python, R, WindPRO) as well as Excel and PowerPoint
- Quick comprehension, reliability and strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of initiative and ability to manage projects independently
