Team leader (f/m/d) Energy efficiency measures
Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals. To this end, it brings together partners from politics, business, science and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.
Your tasks
- Management and control of national and, if necessary, international projects on energy efficiency and climate protection policy, strategies, instruments and measures, such as the Energy Efficiency Office and climate protection networks
- Responsible for advising politicians, administrations and other stakeholder groups on specific issues relating to energy efficiency and climate protection policy and measures
- Leading a team of employees on energy efficiency topics and measures
- Development, conception, acquisition and implementation of projects and cooperation formats with partners from politics, business, administration, science and associations
- Responsible for developing/coordinating presentations, concepts, analyses and studies
- Participation in the further development of the field of work, the department and dena
- The position is full-time and initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree (Master’s/Diploma) in political science, planning, environmental sciences, economics, engineering or comparable courses of study
- Experience in the conception, acquisition and management of projects in the environment of commercial and industrial companies as well as in political-strategic consulting
- Team-oriented personality with experience in personnel and team management and further development
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working with a high standard of quality and diligence
- Strong organizational and communication skills, high motivation and ability to work in a team and deal with conflict
- Ability to manage many parallel processes and willingness to work overtime in phases
- Confident manner and commitment in dealing with cooperation partners and customers, sociability and networking skills, experience in conducting discussions and negotiations, moderation and presentations
- Strong ability to work analytically and conceptually; routine in using MS Office
- Confidence in oral and written expression in German and English (business fluent)
